UPLOAD & ACTIVATE THE THEME

Option 1: Use WordPress Theme Installer

* It is recommended to choose this option 

Log into your WordPress admin dashboard >> Appearance >> Themes then:

1. Hit Add New Theme >> Choose Upload Theme.
2. Hit Choose File >> Choose structure.zip which you can find inside the package downloaded from ThemeForest >> Hit Install Now.
3. Hit Activate once the upload has finished.

Option 2: Using FTP

Unzip the file structure.zip which you can find inside the package downloaded from ThemeForest >> Get the folder structure then:

1. Log into your site via FTP >> Browse your WordPress themes >> Folder wp-content/themes 
2. Upload the folder structure to wp-content/themes 
3. Once the upload has finished, log into the Wordpress admin dashboard >> Appearance >> Themes >> Activate the theme.

INSTALL & ACTIVATE THE PLUGINS

After the theme is activated, a notification on the top will suggest to keep going the installation of plugins required and plugins recommended to get the best performance of the theme.

1. Hit Begin installing plugins >> Choose the plugin you need to install from the list.
2. Activate the plugins you have installed.
3. After the plugins are activated, return to the Wordpress admin dashboard >> Hit Install WooCommerce pages button to get your online shop started.

What plugins will I get in the theme package?

• Visual Composer – A drag-and-drop page builder with frontend and backend Editors.
• Templatera – A powerful WordPress Template Manager for Visual Composer.
• Essential Grid – A premium plugin that allows you to display various content formats in a highly customizable grid.
• Revolution Slider – A slider plugin that allows you to show almost any kind of content with highly customizable, transitions, effects and custom animations.
• Envato WordPress Toolkit – A plugin lets you view your ThemeForest purchases within the WordPress dashboard and choose whether or not to receive updates.
• Projects by Wootheme – A clean portfolio showcase management system. It helps you load recent projects and display them on a specified page.
• Widget Logic – An added plugin feature that allows you to further customize your widgets in your sidebar by telling them to only appear on certain pages.
• Contact Form 7 – A plugin to manage and customize multiple contact forms with ease.
• Testimonials by WooThemes – A clean and easy-to-use testimonials management system.
• WooCommerce – An eCommerce plugin that helps you build an online shop comprehensively.

Yes, most plugins should work with our themes, however, we can’t guarantee they all will. There are some plugins that conflict with the code used in the themes, which will make our themes not function properly.

There are thousands of plugins available and we can’t test everyone with our theme unfortunately. If the plugin has been coded to WordPress’ standards it’ll work %99 of the time. If not, we’re happy to troubleshoot and figure out if it’s really the plugin’s fault. Just open a support ticket in our Help Desk.

The theme is one of the best documented on Themeforest, it comes with instructions which guide you how to use the theme quickly

Support Channels

ThemeMove provides theme related support via our Help Desk, knowledgebase & video tutorials. We may request you to e-mail us your login and FTP details when needed.

Support Hours

Our general support hours are Monday to Friday. During this time, we can generally provide feedback on any support queries within 6 – 14 hours, whilst we will also commit to answer any queries during weekends and holidays within 24-36 hours.

Extent of our support

We only cover support for our themes, and cannot give general WordPress support that isn’t related to our themes. For general WordPress support you will have to use www.wordpress.org/support

We understand that there is a fine line between what is considered support & modifications. So whilst we will try to help you with any type of query (support or modification), we cannot provide extensive help in terms of modifications. Technical support will thus take priority over modification support. If you need some feature not provided by ThemeMove framework and the theme, feel free to contact us and we may include it in one of the future updates. Usually, the popular requests take priority.

Definition of modification support

If you are requesting modification help, which only requires us to publish a couple lines of code, we will be glad to assist you. If however your query requires more than that amount of code to be published, we can only provide guidance and you would then need to hire a developer if you don’t have the skills to implement it yourself.

Bug Fixing

It is our commitment to fix all theme bugs as quickly as possible after they are brought to our attention. During our general support hours, we can fix bugs within 24 – 48 hours.
